Alyse Rynor is a licensed clinical social worker, author, health coach and certified forest therapy guide. Her counseling practice helps women understand the fear, confusion, and self-doubt resulting from loving an emotionally challenging or narcissistic partner. She is the author of Losing Me to be Loved by You: A Memoir, a book that courageously explores the origins of her insatiable hunger to be partnered at all costs. From 2010-2013 Alyse had been a featured writer for Evolving your Spirit magazine, where she contributed articles on personal and spiritual growth topics. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Education and a Master's in Social Work and today lives and works in the Chicago suburb of Evanston, Illinois.
