Overview

Home can always be found by those who seek it. Lorel never had a home-until, at the age of six, he was taken in by the troupe of actors known as The Dancing Fish. Since then, he has earned a living on the rough and noisy streets of Trakai with his new friends, scraping by while dreaming in his mind of heroes, monsters, and grand adventures. Lorel wants to discover and experience so much, and although the Free City of Trakai is full of stories, the wide world beyond calls to him. He wants to find out who he truly is, where he came from, and where his path will lead him. Fate now seems ready to grant him just that wish, for his troupe is planning something that Lorel knows nothing about-and something he has never done before. But what will it be? What does life hold in store for young Lorel, and will he find what he's searching for?
