Author Information
Ana Eulate is the founder and CEO of Cuento de Luz, a Children's Picture Book Publishing Company created in 2010. A strong engagement with NGOs together with the use of sustainable materials in the book production (especially the exclusive use of Stone Paper in all books), resulted in a B Corp certification in 2015. She has been featured as a Top 100 Woman Impact Leader 2021 due to her work in creating a positive social and environmental impact for over a decade. Eulate has a strong international background having worked at the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Madrid, being appointed Commercial Attachee to the Spanish Embassy in Rio de Janeiro, and assigned to the General Directorate for External Relations of the European Commission in Brussels. Nvola Uy es ilustradora galardonada y artista visual espaola, licenciada en Ciencias Ambientales. Le apasiona tanto la naturaleza como la ilustracin y siempre que puede, combina ambos mundos. Realiza ilustraciones para libros, campaas, audiovisual y murales, as como talleres de ilustracin y creatividad en muchos rincones del mundo, convencida que el proceso creativo saca lo mejor de las personas y nos hace ms sensibles. Con una paleta de colores luminosos y un estilo mgico-realista, le gusta capturar mundos posibles y optimistas, que contagien amor y esperanza. Cuenta con ms una docena de lbumes ilustrados, editados en ingles, espaol, cataln, portugues, alemn y swahili, distinguidos con numerosos premios internacionales, como el Moonbeam de Plata a la Mejor Ilustradora, el Premio al mejor lbum ilustrado en el International Latino Book Awards o la seleccin Sello Ctedra de la UNESCO de Lectura.
