Brechner First Amendment Project. He has taught undergraduate media law classes for more than twenty years. Dan V. Kozlowski is an associate professor in the Department of Communication at Saint Louis University, where he teaches free expression, journalism, and media courses. He is a past head of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication's Law and Policy Division. Derigan Silver is an associate professor in the Department of Media, Film and Journalism Studies at the University of Denver.
