I am sure that you, my dear reader, have watched movies getting chills about the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Immersing yourself in this reading will be like following the script of one of those movies. I write in a way that you will not feel merely like a nearby spectator watching these occurrences, but more like an actor that is participating in them, hurling words and looking at the Golgotha Martyr. Even more, you will feel that you are one of those evildoers torturing Him. I describe the events like the close shot of a cameraman captures all the details, including quite a lot that goes unnoticed in our contemplation of this Mystery; like the gestures of pain and the shivering of my Blessed Christ.Just like a good sound engineer, I am focused on recording His wailing, His painful screams proper to His Human Nature. I have no doubt that this contemplation will help you to better appreciate all the sufferings Our Lord Jesus Christ endured for our Redemption. However, all that you will read is nothing compared to the sufferings of His Holy Mother.
