Dave Daniels has been involved with Quality Management, Risk Management, Customer Service, Claims and Training for two of the industy's leading carriers for over 25 years. He has also served as a consultant to several prominent agents in the moving and storage business, and has recently accepted the position of Executive Director for the Claims Prevention & Procedure Council. A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Dave lives with his wife Debbie in Newburgh, Indiana.
