This unique book addresses all the ways a rider can improve his or her form, with loads of specific exercises to do on the longe line. Benedik incorporates yoga and breath work into the exercises, and the instructions, which are easy to follow, and the photos really help you visualize what you should look like in the saddle. -- Horsemen's Yankee Pedlar
