Her earliest scribbles were taped to her parents’ wardrobe door, and she was always making up elaborate adventures to entertain her family and friends. When asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, Susie would answer either a teacher or a writer — she is lucky enough to now be both. Margaret Warner is an Australian children’s author and former teacher of both children and adults. She writes fiction and non fiction and is an avid reader of new and old children’s and YA books. Margaret was a wildlife carer of birds, possums kangaroos and wombats and has a strong interest in the environment so you’re likely to find animals and the environment somewhere in Margaret’s books and poems. Sebastian Ciaffaglione is a freelance artist based out of Melbourne, Australia. He studied illustration at NMIT and is continually striving to reach his artistic goals.
