Ailawadi (Ph.D.) has been Director of Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad, Professor Emeritus at Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and Director of KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai. He retired as a Senior Professor in the area of Operations and Supply Chain Management from Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management (VJIM), Hyderabad. Also, he has been Faculty at ICFAI Business School, Mumbai, and Professor and Head of Operations Management at Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai. Currently he is Visiting Faculty at VJIM and National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad. Dr. Ailawadi possesses an industrial experience of around 28 years at different managerial levels in reputed organizations like Raymond Limited, Mitsubishi Corporation, NELCO Limited, Shri Ambuja Petrochemicals Ltd., NIRLON, The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited, and Harbor Network Systems Limited. Rakesh P. Singh, Ph.D. (Supply Chain Management), is currently Chairman of Institute of Supply Chain Management, Mumbai. Dr. Singh has been a former Director, Durga Devi Saraf Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and Director of Institute of Management Technology, Dubai. Prior to that, he was Dean, NMIMS School of Economics, Mumbai. Dr. Singh has over 20 years of experience in academics as teacher, trainer and consultant. He specializes in Economics, Forecasting and Supply Chain Management. He is working as a consultant for a number of firms such as L&T, Syngenta, Vodafone, Nivea, Bank of Baroda, Rallis, Sundaram Clayton, John-Deer Tractors, and Sical Logistics.
