Author Information

Michael Dahl is the prolific author of the bestselling Goodnight, Baseball picture book and more than 200 other books for children and young adults. He has won the Association of Educational Publishers Distinguished Achievement Award three times for his nonfiction, a Teachers' Choice Award from Learning Magazine, and a Seal of Excellence from the Creative Child Awards. Dahl currently lives in Minnesota. Beth Hughes is an artist who loves animals, nature, and bright colors. She enjoys playing around with colors and shapes and, most of all, telling great stories. She studied at Ringling College of Art and Design and Sheridan College. In the past she has done character design, visual development, and illustration work, and she now works as a freelance illustrator. Mark Mallman has released eight full-length studio albums. His songs have played on hundreds of media outlets worldwide, and he's scored music for countless film and television pieces. As a performing musician, he has over thirty US tours under his belt.
