Our book club chose Living Wisdom to read and discuss. Not only were the chapters engaging and provocative but it brought us as a group--searching souls to be sure--closer together. Each of us found something in the book that spoke to us, challenged us, and nourished our own spiritual needs. More importantly, Dr. Benner illuminates the Christ-like wisdom of love and how it can penetrate our daily lives, if we want it to. The chapters on how such a wisdom can help us address the current environmental crisis are poignant, to say the least. Author Information

David G. Benner is an internationally known depth psychologist, author, and wisdom teacher. His life's work has been the promotion of the well-being of the inner life of people and assisting their alignment and cooperation with the larger transcendent realities that frame their existence. David's great passion has been to help others walk the human path in a deeply spiritual way and the spiritual path in a deeply human way. This is the focus of his work as a facilitator of personal awakening and transformation. He is the founding director of Cascadia: A Living Wisdom Community.
