Dr. Yamina Bouguenaya is a scholar of Qur'an and Islamic theology and the founder and director of the Islamic spirituality organization, Receiving Nur. She has published extensively on Qur'anic hermeneutics, Islamic spirituality, Islam and science, and the thought of Bediuzzaman Said Nursi. She also holds a PhD in theoretical physics from Durham University, UK. Umeyye Isra Yazicioglu is Associate Professor in the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at St Joseph's University, USA. Her areas of expertise include classical and modern Qur'anic interpretation, Islamic theology, Islamic mysticism, and Christian-Muslim relations.
