Joseph Caffiero, is a former elementary school teacher and has taught Tai Chi to students from kindergarten age to senior citizens. He has a Black Belt in Aikido and likes to dance, camp and go on nature walks. Joseph has been trained in meditation techniques and in the bodywork modalities of Trager, Zero Balancing and Wholistic Massage. He is involved in ""polishing his personal crystal"" by taking classes about metaphysics and participating in an on-going Study Group discussing topics on spirituality. Joseph is a new grandfather.""I meditate to access inner strength and feel more empowered when making decisions from a peaceful place within. She received her bachelor's degree in art and teaching credential from California State University of Long Beach, and a Masters in Art from North Western State University of Louisiana.
