Overview

Welcome to LIVERPOOL AND BLACKPOOL. STREET PHOTOGRAPHY. This book contains hundreds of photographs taken from 2019 to 2023. You will find images of daily life, people, animals, landscapes, buildings, monuments, cemeteries, art, sacred art and graffiti of excellent quality. The images are unique and depict the unique character of the inhabitants of these two very interesting cities of the North-West of England. The photographs are presented in organized chaos under two main themes, Street Photography and Street Art, similar to a Friday or Saturday evening in the city, where chaos, multitudes, rock bands, heavy traffic and boisterous customers enjoy life in the 101 pubs and clubs of the city centre. There are however a few recurrent themes, like the young man exercising on the street (an aspiring dancer) or the sacred forms of art that are interspersed along the book. There are portraits of interesting inhabitants too as well as portraits of beautiful animals. Therefore, the viewer can´t ascertain what comes in the next page and, in this way, so it is my aspiration, the book is more enjoyable by adding the surprise element. There are lots of excellent graffiti too, photographed in the best possible way to enhance their artistic qualities. Some of them are so difficult to find, you will never see them unless you spend weeks in the cities walking all the possible alleys. The author. 2023.
