Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationOren Tirosh is an associate professor at the School of Nutrition Science in the Institute of Biochemistry, Food Science and Nutrition at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He received his PhD from the School of Pharmacy at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Tirosh is a lifetime honorary member in the Oxygen Club of California and is active in the board of The Israel Society for Oxygen and Free Radical Research. His research interests include nitric oxide and redox biology, oxidative stress and liver pathology, and lipid metabolism under liver disease conditions.
