Boutros Hallaq était professeur de littérature moderne à l’Université Paris III. Il a publié plusieurs ouvrages et traductions et de nombreuses études en français et en arabe sur la littérature arabe dont Ğibrān et la refondation de la littérature arabe moderne (Actes Sud, 2007). Heidi Toelle était professeur de littérature arabe moderne à l'université Paris III. Elle a publié plusieurs ouvrages et traductions et de nombreuses études en français et en arabe sur la littérature arabe dont À la découverte de la littérature arabe du VIe siècle à nos jours (avec Katia Zakharia, Flammarion, 2003). Boutros Hallaq was Professor of Modern Literature at Université Paris III. He has published several works and translations and numerous studies in French and Arabic on Arabic literature including Ğibrān et la refondation de la littérature arabe moderne (Actes Sud, 2007). Heidi Toelle was Professor of Modern Arabic literature at Université Paris III.
