Overviewxperience life through the eyes of a little bear cub. Red Bear was our son's first stuffy and we often left him behind. That's when our friend, Master Artist Kaji Aso penned the story The Little Red Bear, which inspired this story about him attending Preschool. The author actually worked for a Montessori preschool and a Japanese preschool, Rochelle's first job as a teacher was in Taiwan in 1981, while she was an Exchange Student from the University of Massachusetts living abroad to study Mandarin and Chinese Language and Literature. Rochelle's first foreign language was High School Spanish, and she later went to Harvard University Extension for Intensive Japanese. In 1990 she joined Showa Women's University as their Dorn Mother. She currently is working for a nonprofit agency that assist mothers and families in crisis. Teaching English to build confidence and courage to navigate their new homelife in America.
