Author Information

Corinne Kelly Avery is an author and illustrator. She grew up in a family of six children on a country farm in upstate New York that was surrounded by beautiful patchwork-covered hillsides full of color and beauty. She began painting with watercolors as a young child and eventually went to college and earned a master's degree in art education.Corinne's artwork often reflects her faith. She paints plein air to this day, taking joy and passion in watercolors, gouache, pastels, acrylic, and oils. (Plein air is painting in the outdoors-in the plain air.)
