Overview

Literary Outlaw is a modern pulp fiction magazine featuring both original fiction as well as classic stories and comics from the public domain. The Last President by Ingersoll Lockwood is a political novel written in the late 19th century, reflecting the tumultuous societal landscape of the time. The book touches on themes of class struggle and political upheaval, as it portrays a fictional election and its aftermath, highlighting the tensions between the wealthy elite and the common people.
