Dr Cate Howell is a GP, therapist and researcher with a Bachelor in Applied Science, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Masters in Health Service Management, PhD (Med.). She trained in Couple Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy.
