Manoela Silveira dos Santos holds a Degree in Business Management (Brazil- 2005), a Master Degree in Business Management and is a Ph.D. candidate in Business Management (School of Management of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul at Porto Alegre (UFRGS) – Brazil, 2009).
