Overview

The cousins, Kevin McClure and Lou Aguilar, were born mentally linked, as were their grandfathers Stuart and Samuel McClure, but when they started school, their oddness had set them apart. Kevin was easy with their link, but because Lou wanted to be ""just like everybody else,"" Kevin taught him to build walls, and their link was broken. Now, as an adult, Lou realizes that he had thrown away something miraculous, and Kevin wants to help him reconnect. But Kevin and Molly are married, and if the link between Lou and Kevin is reestablished, therein lies the problem: how do two people with such a mental connection deal with personal relationships? J. E. Lenoir, always an avid reader, came to writing rather late in life. She states that she might have a bit of ADHD, since she has spent her life learning to do one thing after another, but once learned, she is ready to take on something new. The list has gotten very long..., but, as she says, that's for later. With the LINKED series, she wrote stories that she herself would like to read, not knowing if they would ever be published, but just to see if she could.
