Limitless: Nine Pillars to Unlock Extraordinary Human Potential

Overview

'Inspirational’ Ben Fogle 'Incredible' Bear Grylls ‘Extraordinary’ Bill Bailey 13,000KM. 240 days. A record breaking adventure and a roadmap to redefining your own impossible. ________ What are you capable of when you stop believing your own limits? In 2024, former Royal Marine Mitch Hutchcraft set out to achieve the impossible: a physically grueling 13,000km triathlon from the English Channel to the summit of Mount Everest. Over just 240 days, he swam, cycled across two continents, ran 900km across India and hiked to the highest point on earth. He achieved in months what most spend a lifetime chasing. Mitch didn't set out to break records. He set out to prove that the mind, not the body, is what determines what's possible. Your Everest isn't a mountain. It's the goal you've abandoned, the fear you're avoiding, the version of yourself you've stopped believing in. And the principles that carried Mitch through his journey are the same ones that will carry you through yours. Built around nine tested principles, Limitless is your roadmap for transformation. INSIDE LIMITLESS, YOU'LL DISCOVER: The 9 core principles that turned an impossible dream into reality, including redefining what's possible, accepting discomfort as growth, and finding purpose Practical exercises and strategies that build discipline, expose limiting beliefs, and turn overwhelming goals into actionable steps The mindset shifts that separate people who dream from people who do Real frameworks for breaking through the mental barriers that keep you stuck This book is for anyone tired of waiting for the 'right time' to chase their dream. It's for the person who's tried before and failed, who's carrying loss or regret, who knows they're capable of more but can't seem to break through. Limitless will show you how to stop negotiating with yourself and take the first step. The only limit that matters is the one you choose to accept. Mitch's adventure took him to the top of the world. Where will yours take you? __________ ‘One of the most incredible stories of endurance and resilience you will hear’ Ollie Ollerton ‘A man and story that will inspire you to push further’ Joe Hart Perfect for fans of Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins and Mind Over Miles by Russel Cook.
