Colleen Bays, M.A., M.S. grew up in Pulaski County, VA, a proud big sister and foster sister, learning to share her home and love with others from an early age. She has degrees and certifications in criminal justice, forensic investigation, psychology, university teaching, and fire department chaplaincy. Currently, she enjoys sharing her love of reading and learning as a children's library assistant in the greater Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina, where she resides with her firefighter husband. This is Colleen's first published children's book.
