Joe has traveled America and the world for over 20 years as an evangelist equipping, igniting, and mobilizing churches for the great commission. He was saved through the Brownsville Revival, and had the opportunity to serve as Evangelist Steve Hill's Evangelism Director in Dallas, Texas.
