Lifeline, is a detailed account of my life experiences with depression & suicidal thoughts. How I overcame many obstacles through, faith inspired hope. I unveil my battles with betrayal, teenage pregnancy, shoot outs, strip clubs, school bullies, insecurities and near death experiences. Overcoming extreme lows and traveling the world pursuing my modeling career and ultimately becoming an activist for depression. Sharing my story of hope and how it's possible to have victory in your life despite the challenges you face. Krysta Covington is a writer and spokesmodel. A mental health activist and depression and suicide prevention volunteer. Author of a new novel, Lifeline -Defeating Depression & Suicide Among Teens & Young Adults. As a depression & suicide survivor, she uses her life experience to help others defeat depression and overcome suicidal thoughts. A business professional BBA and certified in mental health studies, has spent the last two years dedicating her time towards events to bring awareness of mental health issues in her local community. Krysta has traveled extensively around the United States and Eastern Europe in her profession of modeling, where she uses her platform to bring change in young people's lives through faith and trusting God each step of the way. Krysta currently resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Where she is actively partnering with local businesses and hosting events. She aspires to travel internationally with her Program: Your Life Matters Defeating Depression and Suicide to bring awareness of mental health to more communities around the world!
