Believe it or not, Passive aggressive behavior of jealousy and envy, consistency of negative gossip, vindictiveness, nosiness, name scandalizing, adult bullying, manipulation, control, dumbing down, and conformity, emotional temper tantrums, and codependency. Coming to work shouldn't involve the emotional well being of an adult that needs to be handled carefully through compliments, supplying material comfort, being perceptible, high expectations of receiving, or threats of nonconformity. Society is over emotional and affecting many psychologically, due to our own inner emptiness.
