Kerry Barker is a barrister in Guildhall Chambers, Bristol. He is a specialist in licensing law, acting for applicants, protesters, police authorities and local authorities. He is editor of the Licensing Law Reports (Jordans). Susan Cavender is a solicitor and specialist licensing advocate practising in Bristol.
