In her role, she supervised a unit that coordinated, developed, and executed programs and events for undergraduates, graduates, and faculty. She is currently writing her doctoral dissertation in Art History at Florida State University. Michelle is active with the Florida Association of College & Research Libraries, Florida Library Association, and several groups within the Association of College & Research Libraries, including the University Libraries Section, the Conference Planning Committee, and Library Marketing and Outreach. Haley Holmes, Coordinator of Services to Adults, has been with the San Antonio Public Library for fourteen years. In 2004, Haley starred in a episode of Faking It on TLC entitled “Super Shy to Super Fly” where she learned to be a Coyote Ugly bartender, which became the topic of her dissertation for a PhD in Information Science from the University of North Texas. She coordinates the 40 librarians who plan programs for adults and oversees the four Learn at SAPL adult learning centers. In her first year as coordinator, adult programming attendance doubled.
