Overview

Billie Grant has been living with her boyfriend, Jaxson and his gang, the Forsaken, on the streets for a couple of weeks, having run away from home over her father's insensitivity. Despite having not being close with her sister, Alexandra, she still mourns her loss and misses her. She begins lashing out and during one of these moments, she makes a fatal mistake, one which leaves her wrecked with guilt... Frankie 'Yolo' Black, a notorious, disturbed late-teen and her impressionable best friend, Lola 'Fetch' Parker, have been on a tour of a violent criminal spree for the past couple of years. They've now come to Washington D.C. where they seek to continue their path of destruction, while the police struggle to catch up with them. After a falling out with his long-time friend, General Wendell Grant, Sam Douglas, the President of the United States, begins enacting a plan against him, involving mafia boss, Bella Giovanni and a mysterious patient he has stashed away in a secret laboratory. He is however, indebted to Bella for her help and in return, he's obliged to reciprocate with favors.
