Overview

Klaus is a bellicose cop, but lacks a sense of relaxation. One ass whipping after another, he won't stop until the city is free. Criminals will always try to run from his grasp, however, Klaus wants their lives. When a hiccup on his deployment occurs, he has to try and rid the city of its dysfunctional nature. With the soft on crime approach leading to degenerates running wild, Klaus is called to suppress the inner demons of people. But once you attempt to fight with the system, you will soon be the target of it. Running is futile, so just give up. Most don't want to, so their asses will get whipped. Will Klaus stop the city's hidden nature? Or will the law and the unreasonable citizens' efforts overwhelm him?
