Anișoara Laura Mustețiu s-a născut în anul 1971 în Timişoara. A terminat Liceul de Filologie-Istorie în 1989 după care a emigrat în Germania, unde și-a petrecut cea mai mare parte din viaţă în lumea competitivă a businessului. A absolvit Studii în Științe Economice (1995), IHK Ludwigshafen, Studii de Literatura Germană și Jurnalism în Hamburg (2008) și Studii Superioare de Comunicare, Bachelor of Communication, Specializare în Afaceri și Scriere Creativă, Griffith University în Australia. Din anul 2014 locuiește in Sydney. A publicat cărți de poezie și proză în limba română și engleză, Travel in Time, A Life Story in Poems (2020), Yarran, Stories from Australia, (2020), Un sărut pierdut pe mătasea timpului (2020), editura Academiei Româno-Australiene, Emoții și Lumină (2021), editura Bifrost, Crâmpeie din viața unei femei, O colecție de povești adevărate (2023), nuvela Prețul Onoarei (2023), editura Romanian-Australian Book Club, nuvela Între Sărut și Durere (2025). A publicat poezii și proză în numeroase reviste de cultură în România şi în străinătate. Anișoara Laura Mustețiu este membră a Academiei de Cultură Româno-Australiene. Din februarie 2022 este redactoare la Radio ProDiaspora cu emisiunea proprie Emoții și Iubire, o emisiune de poezie, proză și muzică. De asemenea, este fondatoare și redactor șef al revistei de cultură Emoții și Lumină, cu sediul în Sydney.
