Andrew Bushard has led and/or participated in social justice organizations such as Amnesty International, Progressive Action Organization, Alliance for a Sustainable Earth, Industrial Workers of the World, Free Press Media, Free Press Media Press, and the Autonomy Party. He has done activist work for issues such as the death penalty, political prisoners, sweatshops, civil liberties, election reform, peace, veganism, alcohol, and tobacco causes. Sometimes he even promoted the wrong causes such as atheism, prohibition, and anti-choice. He now focuses on media reform, education reform, and unionization. He tries to learn from all his activist experiences whether he did the right thing or wrong thing.
