Author Information

With degrees from Weber State University, University of Utah, and Utah State University, Debbie taught in the Davis School District in Utah for 30 years. Now retired from teaching, she writes children's stories. Some of her stories were inspired by experiences with her grandchildren. She has published five books and received four awards in two years. Two Independent Press Awards, A Global Book Award, and a Mom's Choice Award. She will publish a sixth picture book in 2023 while branching into chapter books.
