Let's Celebrate recognizes how important the celebration of Jewish holidays is to the continuity of Jewish life and to the health of Jewish families. Each issue of the magazine is designed to be used at school and to be given to students to use at home. Encourage your students' parents to put into practice at home what the students are learning at school. Each magazine is accompanied by a Parent's Page, yvhich provides background on the holiday and ideas for holiday celebration. If possible, invite the parents (along with their children) to a session to learn about the holiday curriculum and how they can use it to enhance their children's studies and holiday celebrations. During this session, plan for students and parents to learn from the magazine and to make a holiday craft item they can take home to use in their family celebration.
