Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationThe world was a tad dull and unimaginative for a young Scott Harper growing up in Southern California in the 1970s. He found a creative outlet in Marvel Comics, following the monthly adventures of Iron Man, the Hulk, and Captain America. One day, he happened to watch a television showing of Dan Curtis's Dracula starring Jack Palance: the vampire genre bit Scott and never let go. His taste in comics veered toward the Marvel monster titles, fervently devouring each issue of The Tomb of Dracula and Tales of the Zombie. Influenced by these works and great authors such as Bram Stoker, John Steakley, and Marv Wolfman, Scott's unique writing style combines horror and fantasy elements with superhero action. His stories have been published in various speculative fiction markets, including Space and Time, Weirdbook, and Best New Vampire Tales. When not writing, Scott enjoys reading, working out, and walking his dog. He lives in California with his wife and son. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
