Clincy is a stand-up comedian, a Paramedic and the writer/artist behind the comic strip EMScapades. After a family tragedy struck when he was young, Clincy decided to be surrounded by laughter and good times, even if he had to make them himself. It was from that, a comedian was born. Eventually, however, life and family would cause him to walk away from the stage. But when he found himself a career in emergency medical services, that desire for laughter and good times returned and the comedian in him re-emerged. He began the EMS-themed comic strip EMScapades and would eventually begin taking his stand-up routine to Fire and EMS events and other venues nationwide. He was surrounded by laughter and good times again, only this time it was also for his brothers and sisters in EMS who truly needed it as well. When not working, writing, drawing or performing, he resides with his wife and two children in Charleston, SC.
