What do you do when facing the shadow of death? ""Prepare for death,"" my doctor said. It wasn't my first time and I didn't walk alone. In this story I share some of the things I've faced including cancer, but my journey isn't just about that. It's also about wonders that made the difficult path not only bearable, but fruitful and miraculous. I have included photos, as well as sketches and artworks as illustrations.

Author Information

Jennifer Phillips is an award-winning Christian author. She has been a member of many organizations including the Genesis Writing Group, the Gold Coast Writers Association and the Australian Federation of Graduate Women where she also did a term as president. She was a teacher and developed courses, including a successful early reading program. She taught all ages over her working life and as a lay preacher in the Methodist Church of NZ. She has received awards in a range of fields including the university title of Massey Scholar and The Victoria Gibbons Prize for academic excellence. She has authored books and articles covering a range of subjects and genres and enjoys crafting for charities, making prophetic art and regularly participating in prophetic intercession and sharing.
