Much of what Marilyn has accomplished has been achieved while quietly waging war against an oftentimes debilitating diagnosis of Panic Disorder and Depression for thirteen years. While she is aware that this disorder is chronic, she can proclaim that it is no longer debilitating. And from the lessons she learned in those 13 years of darkness it is her hope that this book will help to bring light to others who may be waging war with this disease. It is her desire to remove the stigma associated with mental health disorders. For while this stigma still exists within the culture in exists more strongly within the culture of the church. It is her desire to bring hope and freedom to those who may be suffering in silence. Her road to healing required that she stop running from the darkness, to stop trying to hide within the darkness and find God in the darkness. When she found God within the darkness, wholeness became possible. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
