Author Information

Pat Kelley, MS, SPHR, earned her Master of Science in Adult Education while working full time in the career field of human resources management. She earned lifetime certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, taught HR Management at the graduate level for more than fifteen years, and worked in manufacturing, food processing, communications and banking. Prior to her retirement she was recognized by the Arkansas Society for Human Resource Management with their Lifetime Achievement Award.
