Evidence demonstrates high clinical and radiographic success rates, with rapid symptom relief, abscess healing, and bone regeneration. Alternative antibiotic combinations, herbal carriers such as aloe vera, and advanced delivery systems have been explored to overcome drawbacks like tooth discoloration and antibiotic resistance.
