Kathy Borkoski was a confused lesbian in 2013. She and her wife knew they wanted to get pregnant but couldn't figure it out easily. After googling, reading, researching, and hounding anyone they met that had gone through any kind of fertility treatments, they finally figured out just enough to get pregnant and start an adorable family. Of course, any lesbian that saw Kathy's gigantic belly knew that she probably had some insight into making that magic happen, so they asked her all their burning questions about how they could get pregnant, too.
