Author Information

Ellen Skowronski has taught English and Spanish in the US and abroad. She loves spending time with her family and two rescue cats. Leo's Dogs is dedicated to her husband, his childhood dog in Argentina, and all the shelter pets who find a forever home in our hearts. Maria Russo is an artist, book illustrator, and animal lover, currently living in Spain. Her distinctive illustrations are also in Fresh as a Daisy: Nature Idioms and Who Are We?
