Klueger is a licensed attorney with experience in consumer protection law and children's rights law, but most of her experience and focus is on California Estate Planning. She also works with her father and co-author, Robert Klueger on many sophisticated Tax planning cases. She is a passionate advocate and a legal voice for the young, emerging leaders of the LGBT community. Ms. Klueger has a Juris Doctorate and is licensed to practice in the state of California. She earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts with a focus on Philosophy from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. She received her law degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. This is her first published book. Robert F. Klueger is a partner in the law firm of Klueger & Stein, LLP in Encino California. A practicing lawyer attorney since 1974, he is a member of the bars of the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court and the state bars of California, New York and Colorado. Mr. Klueger is one of the very few private attorneys in the United States to argue a tax case before the United States Supreme Court, [United States v. Brockamp, 519 U.S. 347 (1997)], which resulted in a change in the tax law regarding tax refund claims filed by disabled taxpayers. Mr. Klueger received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania (cum laude), his law degree from Fordham Law School, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver. He has been accredited by the State Bar of California as a Certified Tax Law Specialist. This is Mr. Klueger' s seventh published book. He is also the author of Estate Planning After the New Tax Law [Xlibris, 2011]; Asset Protection [Entrepreneur Press, 2008] and numerous scholarly articles on Estate Planning, Tax and Asset Protection.
