Suzan D. Herskowitz is a graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Florida, Texas and West Virginia. Ms. Herskowitz currently practices in West Virginia. James E. Duggan received his JD from the University of Mississippi and MLIS from Louisiana State University. He serves as Director of Information Technology and Professor at Southern Illinois University School of Law Library in Carbondale, where he teaches legal research and advanced electronic legal research.
