Dr. Aradhya Singh is a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University. Her academic journey includes an LL.M. from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, and a B.A.LL.B. (Gold-Medalist) from Law College Dehradun, Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal Central University, Dehradun. Dr. Aradhya is also UGC-NET (Law) qualified. Dr. Aradhya has made significant contributions to legal academic research through various published research articles and presentations at esteemed International & National conferences. Her research has been recognized with multiple Best Presenter Awards, highlighting her ability to effectively communicate complex legal ideas. Her work spans a range of legal topics, reflecting a deep engagement with contemporary issues and a commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of law. Sara Balkh is an accomplished attorney, human rights expert, and educator with over a decade of experience. She serves as a Director and Human Rights Ambassador at the United Nations Association of Orange County (UNA-OC), advancing global human rights initiatives and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Holding a Ph.D. in International Law from the University of Tehran, Sara has published 1 book, 3 book chapters, 1 booklet, and over 10 papers on human rights law, cultural heritage, and international organizations. She previously founded the Sara Balkh Law Firm in Iran, specializing in women's rights and domestic violence, and has taught international law at the university level. Dr. Amit Anand is a scholar of International Human Rights Law with a particular focus on gender-based violence, caste-based discrimination, and the intersection of law, culture, and social exclusion. He holds a PhD in Law from Lancaster University, UK, where his doctoral research critically examined culturally entrenched and institutionally neglected forms of violence against women in India, including witch-hunting, honour killings, and the Devadasi system. Dr. Anand also holds an LL.M in Human Rights from the University of Reading, UK, and a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.
