Overview

A path to a happy future for everyone . . . what will it take to enter it? After finding out the truth about my coma and my current situation, I was shocked. Devastated. Broken. And learning that my benefactor could be my enemy certainly didn't help. But a certain Goddess tells me that there's hope. That I can give back Alex what's rightfully his. And earn a second chance at becoming my real self. It won't be easy, but nothing is when you're . . . Left Out by the System. A journey to the Steel Rank is waiting, a journey to enter the path of Race Evolution. I'll meet new friends, and face new enemies, but first I have to talk to a being that can wipe out Earth on a whim. At least my Communication Skill should improve well enough, right? Right . . .

Author Information

Constantin Step is the author of The Dwarf, The Mine, and The RPG Apocalypse. Greg D. Barnett has been acting, singing, and telling stories for his entire life, from performing on stage and in film, to teaching reading and writing to kids and kids at heart. Because of his years in the classroom, his narration has a youthful, engaging quality to it. With nearly 75 titles to his name, he's interested in lots of stories in a variety of genres, but is most drawn to the YA and middle-grade world. He also loves a good science-based non-fiction book, and is honored to tell the stories of his LGBTQIA+ community. Along with narration, he currently works as the Associate Artistic Director for the award-winning children's literacy and arts organization The Story Pirates. Greg D.
