Shivani Cross is a seasoned veteran Dietitian-Nutritionist who herself struggled for many years with her weight before reaching a turning point. One day she decided to take charge of her life and change it. Now, through her guides, she is changing millions of others'. The author of the best-seller Lectin-Free Cookbook For Women Over 50 has been living this lifestyle since 2002. This shift allowed her to lose over 80 lbs. Shivani graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition's Health Coach Training Program. She earned a Doctor of Education degree in Gifted and Talented Education (2007), a Master's degree in Natural Sciences (1995), and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (1990). Her story has been inspiring women and men of all ages. The author's declared purpose is to make people the best version of themselves. Throughout the years her business has grown but her focus on making people healthier has always remained consistent.
