Jochen Althoff ist Professor für Gräzistik an der Universität Mainz und arbeitet v.a. über aristotelische Biologie, antike Medizin und Philosophie. Seit 2020 ist er Sprecher des GRK »Frühe Konzepte von Mensch und Natur«. Tanja Pommerening ist Professorin für Geschichte der Pharmazie und Medizin an der Universität Marburg, bis 2020 war sie Sprecherin des GRK »Frühe Konzepte von Mensch und Natur«.
