Overview

Valentine Arnaud is being priced out of her beloved mountain town home by rich tourists like movie star Zack Ryder, who built a mansion above Telluride, Colorado. Meanwhile, she only makes enough as a waitress serving ski resort guests to cover gas money for her trusty Subaru. The car is also her summer home, keeping her close to the trails she loves and opportunities to film educational content about the outdoors. So when she sees Zack post a video about feeding the wildlife, she sees red - and claps back in a viral post online. Focused on preparing for his first film festival as a debut director, the last thing Hollywood darling Zack needs is a PR crisis driven by some local criticizing his wildlife etiquette - all he did was feed a chipmunk! But with the goodwill of his fans on the line, Zack agrees to appear in a series of educational videos. He just didn't realize the education would be his own...or that he'd be hiking at high altitude with a granola mountain girl whose moods are as unpredictable as the weather. A night caught in a snowstorm together might change how Valentine and Zack feel about each other. But it doesn't change Valentine's distrust for rich people, or Zack's need for the world to approve of him. When Zack decides climbing one of Colorado's famous 14,000-foot mountains will prove he's more than his brand, Valentine agrees to help him to improve her reach. But along the way, the movie star and the mountain girl might discover that working toward a common goal will bring them together.
